Returns

At Aine, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Period: All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Opened or used kits cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at salesteam@ainekits.com to obtain further instructions.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions: For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service at salesteam@ainekits.com to arrange a refund or exchange. In case there are any materials missing from the kit, please contact us at salesteam@ainekits.com as well.

Exchanges

If your kit is defective or damaged at the time of receipt, you can exchange it for the same item. Please contact customer service to initiate the exchange process.
